Jeff Doleweerd is founder of Doleweerd Consulting. Jeff spent 15 years working in various management roles in acute care, pharma, and community care. He is known for his expertise in the community and home care sector where he did novel things like implement a mobile wound tracking and supply ordering solution for home care nurses in 2006, when phones were the size of shoeboxes. He has spent well over 10,000 hours observing and mapping patient care processes in every care setting imaginable. Today, he stands alongside health care leaders, helping them chart a way to providing better care through process improvement.
Jeff has a biochemistry degree and an MBA in Health Services Management. He has attended McMaster University and Harvard Business School executive education.
Jeff loves soccer, coaches a competitive boys team, and is proud father of four children.
Tim is a process improvement expert with a focus on improving service access. His work in the last year has taken him all around the country, from Burnaby to Sioux Lookout, managing engagements that involve diving deep into health care operations. He co-authored a report for the Change Foundation about the experience of people going from hospital to community that the Toronto Star said was ‘required reading for every health care administrator in the province”.
Tim possesses an MBA from McMaster University and a degree in Systems Design Engineering from University of Waterloo.
When Tim isn’t designing better health care, he can be found kite-boarding, mountain biking, or chasing his three young children around.
